USA Swimming

USA Swimming is an optional program providing swimmers an extra chance for competitive meets. The Razors swim as an unaffiliated team and as a group decide which meets to enter. The current schedule is here.

USA meets are run differently compared league meets. Unlike league meets, individual swimmers have the opportunity to select which events they want to enter. Swimmers are matched in heats against swimmers of similar age and ability giving each swimmer the opportunity for competive races no matter what their ability is.

Swimming in USA meets provides an athelete with the ability to qualify Regional and Age Group meets by meeting time standards as set by USA Swiming.
