Coach Molly began competitively swimming at the age of 5 in her home state of Virginia.
Upon moving to Connecticut, she continued her swimming career in high school in Monroe, CT.
There, she swam on the boys swim team. Her experience in coaching began when she lived in Pennsylvania and continued
when she moved to Connecticut where she was a coach with the Monroe rec team. Coach Molly has lived in Oxford for 8
years and has two beautiful daughters.
Coach Martha grew up in Oxford and is a former
swimmer for the Wildcat Swim Team in Seymour, CT and Amity Regional Aquatic Club (ARAC) in Orange, CT.
After swimming varsity for four years at Lauralton Hall, Coach Martha was recruited to swim for Siena College, a
Division I swimming program, on an athletic scholarship. While at Siena, Coach Martha began her coaching and swimming
instruction career. She has coached for various swimming programs before joining the RAZORS including Starfish Swim
Team (Albany, NY), ARAC (Orange, CT), Paradise Country Club (Hamden, CT), Shelton-Monroe Swim Team (Shelton, CT);
and Water Rat Swim Team (Westport, CT). From teaching basic developmental swimming lessons to coaching competitive
high school swimming, Coach Martha has the experience in every aspect of what a swim program should consist of.
Coach Mike swam competitively both in the Nutmeg League and US Swimming from the age
of 7. He also swam for teams in Orange and Milford and all four years in high school where he qualified for the
Class LL Championships. In college Coach Mike swam for Bucknell University and also coached at the Milford Yacht
Club and Fairfield Prep boy's team. Coach Mike brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to the team.
Coach Rebecca Rebecca started swimming competitively at the age of 7. She swam with the Seymour Wildcats and other
US teams in CT (Aqua Jets and OMNI). She swam for Seymour High School and was all-state and competed at Junior and
Senior nationals. She then swam Division 1 for the US Naval Academy for two years before transferring to University
of Tampa where she was an assistant coach for their Div II men and women’s teams. After college she coached the
girls high school team in St. Petersburg, FL. While in FL she did several open swims including a 13 mile swim around
Key West. She also swam daily as a dolphin trainer. She moved to IL and coached an age group US team for 2 years.
She lived in Baltimore where she swam with a master’s swim program before moving back to CT.
